The stay wasn't terrible. The elegant decor and clean atmosphere were nice, but I was really disappointed there was no coffee in the room and had to buy it for $5.91.

Nice stay, room for improvement

I stayed for 2 nights in a big suite that was a bit stinky with some stains on the comforter. The location is super convenient, and the shuttle driver was really nice. Just wish check-in wasn’t such a hassle—had to wait forever because the guy was in training. Definitely could use better customer service.

I really enjoyed the friendly staff at the Courtyard in Jacksonville. They were attentive and made me feel welcome. The room I had was spacious, clean, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which kept me comfortable. I appreciated the location, just a short drive from the airport and close to plenty of dining options. However, I faced some issues that need addressing. The mattress in my room had two noticeable stains which was quite unpleasant. I also found the setup during breakfast a bit confusing since it was a la carte, not a traditional buffet. It took me off guard, being used to a different breakfast style at most hotels. Overall, the staff’s kindness made a significant difference, but I hope they can improve on cleanliness and breakfast offerings in the future.
